What Tools Do You Use?

We include Thermal Imaging as a complimentary service with every home inspection and also provide it as a standalone service. This technology uses infrared thermography to identify potential problems with moisture, electrical or energy efficiency.

Additionally, we may use tools such as moisture meters, gas leak detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors at no additional cost when necessary to keep your family safe and your potential home secure. Home inspectors often face challenges when assessing a home's roofing system, that's why we employ Aerial Drone Photography and GoPro technology when needed to ensure a thorough evaluation.
